With a background in Economics from UCLA and nearly $1 billion in real estate transaction across 1,000 deals, Grey brings a deep understanding of how to build property opportunities and deals that truly fit each individual. His career has been built on finding innovative ways to make home dreams possible - combining market knowledge with personalized strategies that put people first. Grey believes every client deserves more than a property; they deserve a place to belong, and he has built this company around that vision. Erika Nguyen, Co-Founder
Erika is the Co-Founder of Honeydew Homes and a practicing corporate attorney in the State of California. She brings a unique blend of legal expertise, entrepreneurial vision, and real estate innovation to her work. Erika earned her Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Administration with a minor in Communication studies from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She went on to further her education with a Master's degree in Human Resources Managment and a Juris Doctor degree, equipping her with a strong foundation in both organizational strategy and the law. Erika's background allows her to navigate complex transactions, advise on strategic business structures, and support clients in protecting and growing their assets. She is passionate about finding creative real estate solutions, structuring innovative deals and building long-term value for communities and investors alike.
